Official Basis for Our Return
We've been saying OWTO is back. Today we want to share the official basis for it.
What happened
On 6 July 2026, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) issued an Order in favor of iPARA Technologies and Solutions, Inc., the company behind OWTO (Accreditation No. 2018-TNC-003). The Board granted our motion and cleared the way for OWTO to move forward.
The Order was signed by LTFRB Chairperson Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II and Board Members Engr. Isagani M. Victorio, DPA and Atty. Greg G. Pua, Jr., and attested by OIC Executive Director Atty. Sherwin D. Vizconde.
What we're doing next
The Order directs us to file our application for the renewal of our Certificate of Accreditation and to comply with all applicable requirements under existing rules and regulations. We are doing exactly that. OWTO has been an LTFRB-accredited transport network company since 2018, and working within the rules is part of how we earn your trust.
